September 24, 2025 – Duluth, Peniel Solutions, LLC (PSL), in collaboration with members of the Georgia Records Association, is proud to announce the launch of a voluntary pilot initiative to implement the GovCloud Records platform across state and local agencies in Georgia. This pilot project is designed to modernize records management with a secure, scalable, and cost-effective solution tailored to meet Georgia’s unique compliance and operational requirements.
The pilot is scheduled to run through the first quarter of 2026 and will be fully funded by PSL, ensuring no cost to participating agencies. Monthly meetings will be facilitated by PSL President James McGriff, bringing together records professionals, IT specialists, and law enforcement stakeholders to configure and validate the GovCloud Records solution collaboratively.
Participation in the pilot requires executive sponsorship approval from each applicant’s agency, confirming their availability to attend monthly meetings during regular business hours. This ensures alignment with agency priorities and supports meaningful contributions to the initiative.
